Retirement of Convertible Note With Black Mountain Equities Will Reduce the Potential for Future Derivative Liability on Balance Sheet
(firmenpresse) - MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (Marketwired) -- 11/25/15 -- (OTCQB: SOUL), or the "Company," a publisher of games, music, and interactive books for digital devices, announced today that its convertible note (the "Note") with Black Mountain Equities (the "Investor") has been retired.
The Note was executed between the Company and the Investor in March 2015. The Original Principal Amount of the Note was $294,250. The retirement of the Note reduces the potential for future derivative liability to be added to the Company's balance sheet.

Thanks to Black Mountain's investment, the Company was able to expand its operations and subsequently launch a wider range of product over the last several months.
