GFK Resources Announces Board Changes, New CEO
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 11/26/15 -- GFK Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GFK) (the "Corporation" or "GFK") announces the appointment of Louis Morin as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Corporation. Mr. Morin has been active in the financial sector for the past 30 years, including executive and advisory roles with major Canadian brokerage firms. Prior to his financial industry involvement, Mr. Morin was involved in major civil engineering projects, including the James Bay hydro-electric project in Quebec, Trans Canadian pipeline and SNC-Lavalin projects in Algeria. More recently, he provided investor relations services to the Corporation.
GFK also announces that Mr. Antoine Fourier has resigned from the Corporation to pursue other opportunities. We wish to thank Mr. Fournier for his contribution to the Board over the past few years.
