Decentralized alternative for Output Management with J2U 4.1
All lists available in digital format in a modern user interface.
(PresseBox) - The technical output batch processing must not be printed on paper, but is provided by J2U in electronic form via a browser application. The lists can be imported from any platform (z / OS, for example). Jobs that run under J2U that lists but also write directly to the corresponding output classes. By integrating external archiving systems (Saperion, TSM, ?) the long-term retention of the lists is ensured. Access is simple via the user interface of J2U. The lists can be printed as and when necessary restored.
From idea to product
From the range of tasks addressed over the last few years by the ITGAIN Consulting Gesellschaft für IT-Beratung mbH, a number of ideas have surfaced for the improved and more sustainable implementation of solutions. Some of these ideas have led more recently to products that are being further developed through the ITGAIN Integration Solution.
Two core themes have emerged out of this product development, which are performance monitoring and tools and products for mainframe-migration on decentralized systems. As a result, ideas and solutions have been generated from unsatisfactory project and application solutions since 2002. These have found their way into sustainable products.
