26, 2015 the holdings of BlackRock, Inc. in Nokia, through its controlled
undertakings, comprising of both shares and financial instruments, amounted to a
total of 287 009 903 shares, corresponding to approximately 7.21% of the total
number of shares and voting rights of Nokia.
The above total holdings comprise of 266 638 062 Nokia shares, corresponding to
approximately 6.70% of the total number of shares and voting rights of Nokia,
and financial instruments that correspond to a holding of 20 371 841 Nokia
shares, equivalent to approximately 0.51% of the current total number of shares
and voting rights of Nokia.
