VMS Ventures Grants Incentive Stock Options to New CFO
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/01/15 -- VMS Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VMS) ("VMS Ventures" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted incentive stock options to the new CFO of the Company, Shaun Heinrichs. Mr. Heinrichs may purchase 250,000 common shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable, on or before December 1, 2020, at an exercise price of $0.09 per share and vest as to 50% immediately and 50% after 6 months.

VMS Ventures is a mining and mineral exploration company; currently in partnership with Hudbay on the producing Reed Mine near Flin Flon Manitoba. VMS Ventures holds a 30% interest in the Reed Mine which is operated by Hudbay and achieved full production during Q2 of 2014.
