Mr. Andrade succeeds André Piccinin Gualda, who was previously the interim CEO. Mr. Andrade's previous roll at Padtec was as Executive Vice President for Global and Submarine Sales.
Mr. Andrade has broad leadership expertise in sales, administrative management and strategic planning. Before joining Padtec's executive leadership, Mr. Andrade worked throughout the Americas in the telecommunications and networking manufacturing industry and has led successful customer solutions spanning the globe.
