ANNOUNCEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE SECURITIES MARKET
ACT ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS (JMC FINANCE OY)
After the subscriptions of the directed share issue and the registration of the
new shares of Incap, the holdings of JMC Finance Oy of Incap Corporation's
shares will decline below 15%.

Shareholder: JMC Finance Oy, business ID FI1031747-4
Date of the change in holdings: 30 September 2010 (date of approval of
subscriptions)
New share of JMC Finance Oy of Incap Corporation's shares and votes: 2,188,000
shares i.e. 11.7% after the registration of the new shares.
Incap Corporation has today a total of 14,180,880 shares entitling to an equal
amount of votes. After the registration of the new shares, Incap has a total of
18,680,880 shares.
