Ordina finalises the sale of Integer

Ordina completed today the sale of Integer, one of its fully owned subsidiaries.
The Integer Group, comprising of Integer Noord Nederland B.V., Integer Zuid
Nederland B.V. and Integer TWO B.V., has been acquired by Integer's current
management and a number of investors. All shares in the Integer Group have been
transferred to the new owners as of today.

On 24 August 2010, Ordina announced that an agreement had been reached with the
current management of Integer and a number of investors regarding the sale of
all shares in the Integer Group, to the effect of 31 May 2010. The Integer Group
has a headcount of about 185. As announced on 24 August 2010, the Integer Group
generated a revenue of approximately EUR 28.5 million in 2009. Revenue for the
first half of 2010 stood at EUR 11.5 million while recurring EBITA was negative.
