VIQ Solutions Announces Stock Option Grant
(firmenpresse) - MARKHAM, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/15 -- VIQ Solutions Inc. ("VIQ", "VIQ Solutions" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: VQS) announced today that on November 11, 2015 it granted 1,800,000 stock options to Sebastien Pare. The options were granted with an exercise price of $0.065 per share, have a term of five years, and vest one-third on the date of grant, with an additional one-third vesting on each of the next two anniversaries of the date of grant.
