(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/11/15 -- Gold Horn International Enterprises Group Limited ("Gold Horn" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GHE.P) announces Geoffrey Hill has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary as well as from the board of directors of the Company.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Hill for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Sum Poon as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Poon will also continue to act as the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
About the Company
Gold Horn is a capital pool company ("CPC") within the meaning of the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange that has not commenced commercial operations and has no assets other than cash. The board of directors of Gold Horn consists of Sum Poon, Victor Dusik, and Jason Krueger. Sum Poon is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Corporate Secretary of the Company. Except as specifically contemplated in the Exchange CPC policy, until the completion of its Qualifying Transaction (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange), the Company will not carry on business other than the identification and evaluation of companies, business or assets with a view to completing a proposed Qualifying Transaction.
