Clearwave Telecommunications, Inc. and World Nation Live Entertainment to Acquire a Major Live Video Concert Series of Iconic Superstars
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS NV -- (Marketwired) -- 12/14/15 -- Clearwave Communications, Inc. (OTC PINK: CWTC) and World Nation Live Entertainment Inc. are in the final stages of closing a major deal. This acquisition will allow the Company to compete on the same level as the major music companies with respect to live video concert recordings. There are over 110 full length live concerts recorded in this library. The Company would now control over 200 live concert masters in all.
Darryl Payne, President & CEO says, "This major catalog features some of the greatest rock stars that ever performed. The live concert recordings feature music in Heavy Metal, Pop, Hip Hop, R & B, Reggae, and Rock. Our goal is to stay very aggressive in purchasing rights. We will be able to monetize all of our content on our own HD Pay Per View Streaming platform which is already completed. Several of these performances were recorded in 3D.
"An array of these titles will be offered to fans in 2016. Various shows can be released and broadcast on TV now, in their original TV show configuration. I feel it is best to offer these artists revenue sharing deals if they sign a new current contract with our company. I have personally talked to many of these artists with positive feedback. We are very excited to be able to present many of these performances to music lovers worldwide. These concerts were never commercially available or seen as a full length shows from each separate artist."
