Icon Media Holdings, Inc. Provides Update on Audit and Filing of Form 10
(firmenpresse) - RALEIGH, NC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/16/15 -- . (OTC PINK: ICNM), a diversified global technology company that specializes in wireless infrastructure and technical services via ™ for the wireless industry, is providing an update to shareholders and the investment community today.
As it relates to the progress of completing the audit of its financial statements for years 2013 and 2014, the auditing firm has communicated that they are in the final review and anticipates that the financial statements should be completed very soon.
Rob Deakin, CEO of Icon Media Holdings, Inc., stated, "The Icon Management Team will be very proud of the accomplishment of completing the auditing process. This will provide more clarity and transparency to Icons' financials going back to 2011, when we merged our business."
Mr. Deakin also added, "This is the first time that ICNM will have audited statements as a public company since late 2003. This is a very positive step for our Company, our dedicated staff and all of our shareholders who have been supporting us."
As soon as the audited statements are complete, Icon's SEC Securities Attorneys will complete the Form 10, which will be filed with the SEC. Once the Form 10 is declared "effective" by the SEC, Icon will then be deemed a SEC Fully Reporting Company.
As a fully reporting company, Icon will be in a strong position to begin execution on phase two of its exciting Business Plan, which was outlined in a on 29 October 2015.
