Feronia Inc. Announces Final Tranche of Secured Convertible Debenture Offering

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/17/15 -- Feronia Inc. ("Feronia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: FRN) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the previously disclosed subscription agreement between the Company and African Agriculture Fund, through its subsidiary Golden Oil Holdings Limited ("GOHL"), it has received notice from GOHL that it has agreed to complete a second and final closing of US$3,200,000 of secured convertible debentures (the "Debentures").
The closing is expected to take place in early January 2016 and results in a total of US$15,000,000 of Debentures being issued by the Company pursuant to the offering described in the Company's press release issued on November 5, 2015.
