(TSX VENTURE: GSR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Yilu (Lucy) Zhang, Certified General Accountant, as a director of the Company. Ms. Zhang currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company, and has now agreed to join the Board to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Ron Snyder, who has stepped down to focus on his busy labor law practice following his move from Vancouver to Ottawa. The Board thanks Mr. Snyder for his years of service and his valuable contributions to Goldstrike during its recent transition into the mineral exploration business.
