Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of
shareholder ASAH AS, a company controlled by John Markus Lervik.
Thinfilm announced on 4 October 2010 that it had placed 23,314,000 shares in a
private placement. After the exercise has been registered, Thinfilm's share
capital will amount to 259,346,024 shares. ASAH AS was allocated 1,300,000
shares at a price of NOK 0.80 per share.
Following the transaction, ASAH AS holds 25,900,000 shares and 0 (nil) Warrants,
corresponding to 9.99 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of
Thinfilm.
