Arcadis extends and increases its syndicated credit facilities until 2020

(28 December 2015) - Arcadis (Euronext: ARCAD), the leading global Design &
Consultancy firm for natural and built assets, today announced it has reached
agreement with its bank syndicate on the extension and increase of its Revolving
Credit Facility (RCF) financing until December 2020, as current arrangements
were nearing expiration. The previously agreed financial covenants, including
3x net debt to EBITDA, remain unchanged.
The new 5+1+1 syndicated RCF of ?300 million replaces the current RCF of ?150
million, and will ultimately provide Arcadis with the possibility to extend the
RCF until December 2022 subject to syndicate approval.

position, while the improved liquidity matches the increased size of Arcadis'
global business. In 2015 we also further diversified our sources of capital with
the transactions in the Schuldschein market creating a well balanced portfolio
