--Stuttgart Office proves German capital market activities
MONTREAL, December 28(th), 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ROI Land Investments Ltd.
(OTC: ROII) ("ROI" or the "Company"), a diversified real estate land development
investment company, today announced it is expanding fund raising and capital
markets activities in Germany to take advantage of the strong appetite for real
estate investment opportunities among sophisticated investors.
As part of their international growth strategy, ROI has opened an office in
Stuttgart that will serve as a hub for its German operations. Martin Scholz,
who is being promoted from Vice President of Investor Relations to Chief Sales
Officer, will manage the office, which initially will have 5 employees.
ROI is aware of the favorable financing conditions in Europe and has mandated an
experienced financial consulting company to provide advisory services related to
the German capital markets. The consulting firm is currently conducting due
diligence and preparing a pitch deck for a potential debt and equity raise. As
part of ROI's strategy, the firm is also examining an uplisting to a major U.S.
exchange and/or secondary listing on an international exchange such as the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange to meet investors needs for higher transparency and
liquidity.

of financial and estate planning services to individuals and families.
