Bonterra Energy Corp. Confirms Cash Dividend for December 2015 Payable January 29, 2016
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/04/16 -- Bonterra Energy Corp. () (TSX: BNE) announces that as previously released on December 17, 2015, the December 2015 monthly cash dividend will be $0.10 per share (a $0.05 reduction from the previous month) and will be paid on January 29, 2016. The record date for the dividend is January 15, 2016 and the ex-dividend date is January 13, 2016. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.
The dividend is considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
Bonterra Energy Corp. is a conventional oil and gas corporation with operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. The shares are listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "BNE".
