Jay Tompkins, Matt Odom and Service Teams in The Woodlands Join CPA Firm MiddletonRaines+Zapata
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 01/04/16 -- Jay Tompkins and Matt Odom, formerly of Karlins, Ramey & Tompkins, join MiddletonRaines+Zapata to head up the firm's new office in The Woodlands. Tompkins will serve as Partner-in-charge of the office and Odom will serve as its Audit Partner. With them come 18 members of their taxation, assurance, and business valuation teams.
Tompkins brings years of experience in the oil and gas and real estate industries, with particular expertise in business and individual taxation. Odom contributes a background in assurance services and years of experience in the construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. Of the move, Tompkins says, "We are extremely excited about the opportunity to provide an expanded level of service and expertise to our clients and employees with this move."
The Woodlands office will be MiddletonRaines+Zapata's fourth location. The firm is headquartered in Houston TX, with additional locations in Bellaire and Rock Hill, SC. The Woodlands group also brings business valuation services to the table, a key offering to expand MiddletonRaines+Zapata's service set.
