Sun Valley Gold LLC: Expiry of Calibre Mining Warrants
(firmenpresse) - SUN VALLEY, IDAHO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/09/11 -- Sun Valley Gold LLC ("Sun Valley") announced today that 6,667,000 warrants to purchase common shares of Calibre Mining Corp. ("Calibre Mining") over which it exercised control and direction on behalf of Sun Valley Gold Master Fund, Ltd. (the "Master Fund"), a client account over which it has discretionary trading authority, have expired in accordance with their terms. Following the expiry of the warrants, Sun Valley exercises control and direction over 13,182,000 common shares of Calibre Mining for and on behalf of the Master Fund. The 13,182,000 common shares over which Sun Valley exercises control and direction for and on behalf of the Master Fund represent approximately 9.99% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Calibre Mining.
The common shares of Calibre Mining over which Sun Valley exercises control and direction were acquired for investment purposes. Sun Valley and the Master Fund may increase or decrease their ownership of securities of Calibre Mining depending upon future market conditions.
