ATCO Ltd. Eligible Dividends: Common Share Dividend Increased 15 Per Cent
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/07/16 -- The Board of Directors of ATCO Ltd. today declared a first quarter dividend of 28.50 cents per Class I Non-Voting (TSX: ACO.X) and Class II Voting Share (TSX: ACO.Y), a 15% increase over the 24.75 cents paid in each of the previous four quarters. The dividend is payable March 31, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 7, 2016.
These dividends are eligible dividends within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
