Supreme Announces Grant of Incentive Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/13/16 -- Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the "Company" or "Supreme") (OTC PINK: SPRWF)(CSE: SL) is pleased to announce it has issued 2,135,000 incentive options (the "Options") to employees, officers, directors and consultants of the Company. Each Option entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.50 per share at any time before January 10, 2021. The Options were issued in accordance with the Company's stock option plan.
