Management is in negotiations with Holiday Island Development Corporation, the exclusive developer of Holiday Island, Arkansas, to purchase a 2.5 acre tract on land in the Holiday Island shopping center with frontage on a major state scenic highway and adjacent to its medical complex now consisting of 2 medical clinics and a heliport. The Company plans to utilize the property further adding to its existing medical services.
