Thomas Strindeborn declines re-election to the Board of Hakon Invest

Thomas Strindeborn, director of Hakon Invest AB, will as a consequence of his
announcement to the Nomination Committee in ICA-handlarnas Förbund that he
declines from re-election, also be leaving Hakon Invest's board of directors.

Thomas Strindeborn has been a director of Hakon Invest since 2006 and will
remain a member until the AGM to be held on 14 April 2011. The Nomination
Committee of Hakon Invest will in advance of the AGM propose a new suggestion to
the Board.
