Change in Outotec Executive Board
Mr. Robin Lindahl, Executive Vice President and President of Outotec's Metals,
Energy & Water business has decided to leave Outotec to join Normet Group
(www.normet.com) as their new President and CEO. He will start in his new
position latest on May 1, 2016. Robin Lindahl joined Outotec and the Executive
Board in 2011. He will continue in his current position at Outotec until his
transition to Normet. The process of appointing his successor has commenced and
the nomination will be announced later on. Mr. Jyrki Makkonen, Senior Vice
President of Non-Ferrous business line of Metals, Energy & Water, will lead the
Metals, Energy & Water business unit after Robin Lindahl's departure and until
his permanent successor has started.
