(firmenpresse) - BEDMINSTER, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 01/28/16 -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) announced on January 28, 2016 that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 25, 2016 to shareholders of record as of February 11, 2016.
