Northview Apartment REIT Opens Cobble Hill, Newest Rental Community in Airdrie, Alberta
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/29/16 -- Northview Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: NVU.UN) ("Northview") officially opened Cobble Hill, their newest rental community, on Friday, January 29. Cobble Hill is located in Airdrie, Alberta, just north of Calgary and is Northview's first major entry into the Calgary and area market.

Cobble Hill features two buildings totaling 140 suites with underground parking and air conditioning. Amenities also include 9-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, in-suite laundry, gym facilities, flex-rooms and a dog washing station. The first building has already begun welcoming residents, with the second building set to open in March.
