AltX: AEA) was notified on 7 October, 2010 that as at 6 October, 2010 Vestra
Wealth LLP, held a total of 18,532,607 ordinary shares in the Company which, as
at that date, represented approximately 4.82% of the total voting rights of the
Company. The 18,532,607 ordinary shares conferring these voting rights are
registered in the name of Vestra Nominees Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of
Vestra Wealth LLP.
