Spark & Cannon Awarded New Transcription Contract With the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services

("VIQ", "VIQ Solutions" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: VQS) is pleased to announce that Spark & Cannon, VIQ's Australia-based reporting and transcription services and technology distributor, has been awarded a new transcription contract with the Department of Health and Human Services ("the Department") for a period of two years, with a further one year option available.
The Department is responsible for developing and delivering policies, programs and services that support and enhance the well-being of all Victorians. As part of this contract, Spark & Cannon will provide ongoing quality transcription services in a timely manner from interviews recorded and provided to Spark & Cannon electronically. Transcripts will be prepared using security cleared personnel in the Spark & Cannon Melbourne office.
