Vantex Appoints Field-Dyte as Director, Nil Leblanc Resigns

("Vantex") (TSX VENTURE: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A) announces the appointment of Mr. Quinn Field-Dyte as director of Vantex. Mr. Quinn Field-Dyte has over 10 years experience in the financial industry having served from 1996 to 2001 as an investment adviser and later as a consultant to Raytec Development Corp. He currently sits on the board of directors of other TSXV listed companies in the metals and mining industry.
The management of Vantex also announces the resignation of Mr. Nil Leblanc as director and wish to thank him for his contribution on the board of directors. His position will be filled as soon as possible.
