Tomi Korpisaari to resign from Kesko Corporation's Board of Directors
Tomi Korpisaari, a member of Kesko Corporation's Board of Directors, has
announced that he will resign from the Company's Board of Directors as of 1
March 2016.
On 5 February 2016, Tomi Korpisaari announced his resignation from Kesko
Corporation's Board of Directors for reasons of health. The resignation will
take effect on 1 March 2016.
Kesko Corporation's Board of Directors will continue with six members.
