Dresner Advisory Services Begins Data Collection for 2016 Wisdom of Crowds Research
Yearly Assessment of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Planning Market Driven by Input From Worldwide End User Community
(firmenpresse) - NASHUA, NH -- (Marketwired) -- 02/11/16 -- Dresner Advisory Services today announced it has opened end user data collection for the 2016 Wisdom of Crowds® series of research. The information collected will form the basis of the organization's flagship research on Business Intelligence (BI), and Enterprise Planning. It will also drive reports on topics such as cloud computing, advanced & predictive analytics, the Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC), Small and Mid-Sized BI, among others.
BI and enterprise planning users in all roles and throughout all industries worldwide are invited to their perspective on their current and planned BI and analytics deployments as well as their perceptions of the BI landscape.
The 2016 survey builds on previous years' research and is expanded to include perceptions and intentions related to 27 different areas of BI and analytics-related technology. New for this year, the survey will include a section on Collective Insights™ -- the convergence of collaborative BI and governance -- and systems integrators/consultants for BI, analytics, and planning.
As in previous years, relevant vendors and products are ranked using 33 metrics covering product, services, sales, and integrity, providing an important tool for organizations seeking to invest in BI solutions.
