Titanium Issues Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/17/16 -- Titanium Corporation Inc. ("Titanium" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TIC) announced that it has issued 1,700,000 stock options to executive officers, consultants and directors of the Company in accordance with the Company's shareholder approved stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.41 per share, expire in five years and vest over a period of 18 months, with 1/6 of the Options vesting at the end of each three (3) month period following the date of grant. The grant of 50,000 stock options to a consultant of the Company who performs investor relations activities remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
