Coastal Promotions Inc., under the direction of their CEO Alex Inman, now has offices stretching throughout the entire Southeastern United States.
Through their management training program, heavily sought after by their Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients, they have already promoted two new location managers this year and plan to expand into five more markets nationwide by the end of 2016.
"We train and promote from within," says Mr. Inman. "A lot of people are tired of working a 40 hour work week knowing they can never get advancement or a pay raise. That's not what we're about. We represent the number one clients in their industries, and we train our team to give first class service," he continued. "So with our management training program we can take someone from an entry level position, train them, and put them on the track to advancement very quickly."
Coastal Promotions Inc. is an in-store marketing company with the goal to provide client acquisition services for a wide range home entertainment, security, and communications clients. Their clients have a huge presence in some of the world's largest retailers. Because of their success locally and throughout the Southeast, their clients are pushing Coastal Promotions to expand nationwide. In order to be successful at this they developed a management training program to develop their top people into Executive Level Managers. Once a person has completed training they are invited to attend a new manager meeting followed by a meeting of all managers nationwide.
