("Riverside" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RRI)(OTC PINK: RVSDF)(FRANKFURT: R99) - Effective immediately, due to personal reasons, Mr. William Lee has resigned as a Director of the Company. The Board thanks Mr. Lee for his service to the Company.
