Majestic IPC Opens Brand New Office in Baton Rouge
(firmenpresse) - BATON ROUGE, LA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/23/16 -- Market Manager Kenneth Munoz has recently overseen the Grand Opening of the new Majestic IPC location in Baton Rouge, LA. As an in-store marketing firm, Majestic Integrated Promotion Consultants will be partnering with three local retailers to do inside sales, brand marketing, and customer acquisitions for top names in satellite, security, and mass communications. Munoz has plans to expand into additional retailers in Hammond, LA this month as well. For 2016, predicts expansion into five to seven additional locations by the end of the year.
In order to facilitate this growth, Market Manager Munoz has developed an in-house management training program to develop employees from the Baton Rouge area, training in areas such as business management, teambuilding, communications, as well as branding strategy for clients. Munoz asserted, "My management style starts with teaching and training individuals at their own pace, creating a common system on what we do and how we perform by inspiring them to improve daily." Having started with the company as an entry level sales representative and worked his way up to management, Munoz believes that the best leaders are ones with experience at every level.
Munoz recently promoted Christian Dawson to Team Leader at Majestic IPC. When asked about his reason for mentoring Dawson, Munoz replied, "Even when struggles could have brought him down, Christian kept pushing to meet standards and also set his own personal goals, which he met. Now because of that, he was promoted to Team Leader and is on a fast track to management." Employees at are expected to set weekly goals to help them to maintain their standards and hold themselves accountable to professional goals. While going through management training, Munoz has weekly goal-sessions with employees to discuss where they are at and where they want to be.
