Door frame assembly is now even easier and more flexible

(PresseBox) - The BESSEY door frame mounting system, consisting of a door frame clamp TU, door frame straightening clamp TFM and angle door frame straightening clamp WTR, has now been expanded with a further practical accessory. The door frame brace extension TUX now also allows the use of the TU when installing extra-wide doors. The TU itself has also been subject to an upgrade, which makes the use of the door frame even easier and safer. Also new is the practical wheeled case, which is perfectly suited for storing and transporting the assembly tools.
BESSEY simplifies the installation of extra-wide doors: With the new two-part door frame brace extension TUX, the installation of extra-wide barrier-free doors is now noticeably easier. In just a few steps, the extension rods can be connected to the TU door frame brace without tools. The TU itself is designed to the precise millimetre for door width dimensions from 56.5 to 101 cm. When a single extension rod is used, it achieves a span of up to 148,5 cm. If both extension rods are used with the TU, it is possible to install door frames with widths of up to 196 cm.
Regardless of whether these are in a standard or extra-wide width, the TU door frame clamp gently and precisely fixes and supports the door frame in a proven manner during foam filling of the wall joint. For even more comfortable work, BESSEY has further optimised the functionality of the door frame clamp: It is now equipped with new, interchangeable clamping brackets. These exhibit a larger clamping surface and removable brackets. It is therefore possible to insert the door frame even more safely and easily, entirely without tilting. The frame depths can be adjusted on an individual and variable basis from 6 to 13 cm or from 13 to 30 cm, simply by swapping the clamping brackets.
The TU door frame clamp is also available as a 6-piece set with the article designation TU-TRAGE. New with this version of the set is that six door struts are supplied in a nylon wheeled case. This allows safe, dust-free storage of the assembly tools after use, as well as their easy transportation.

The spacious case also offers the option of storing further products from the BESSEY door frame assembly system. These include the TFM door frame straightening clamp for example, for the fine adjustment of the door frame in accordance with the structural conditions. It enables the door frame to be pushed gently, without damage to the adornment frame groove or previously decorated walls. A further optimum complement to the door installation system is the tried-and-tested BESSEY WTR angle door frame straightening clamp. Using this clamp, it is possible to hold and align horizontal and vertical door frames, so that they are at an angle of exactly 90° to each other.
The individual products for the door frame installation system are available from specialist dealers and cost as follows: TU: EUR 65.70 EUR (6 pieces in a practical nylon wheelie case: EUR 408.60), TUX: EUR 24.90, TFM: EUR 27.60 and WTR: EUR 71.00. All prices are MSRPs excl. VAT.
