Amendment to GrowPros' News Release of February 25, 2016 Regarding the Finder's Fee in Connection with the Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/01/16 -- GrowPros Cannabis Ventures Inc. ("GrowPros" or "the Company") (CSE: GCI) - There is an amendment to the news release of February 25, 2016 in regard to the cash finder's fee which should have read:
"In connection with the private placement, the Company will pay a cash finder's fee of $7,720 and will issue 154,400 non-transferable finder's warrants to Leede Jones Gable Inc. and will also pay a cash finder's fee of $5,920 and issue 118,400 non-transferable finder's warrants to Serge Gauthier. Each finder's warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.07 per share for a period of 12 months expiring February 24, 2017."
