("Mason Graphite" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LLG)(OTCQX: MGPHF) is pleased to announce that the Company has continued (the "Continuance") out of the jurisdiction of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and into the jurisdiction of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "CBCA"), effective as of March 3rd, 2016. The Continuance was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on December 15, 2015.
