New CEO in the Northern Logistic Property concern
Peter Strand (39), domiciled just outside Lund in Sweden, have been hired as new
CEO in the Northern Logistic Property concern ("NLP"). He is replacing Per
Gunnar Rymer who resigned in June 2010 to take the position as CEO in Faktor
Eiendom ASA. Peter Strand will commence in his position no later than January
10, 2011.
Per Kumle, chairman of the board in NLP comments: "We are very pleased with
Peter Strand having accepted the position as CEO in NLP. NLP has, with one
exception, all its properties as well as its management organisation and
customers in Sweden. It was therefore natural for us to look to the Swedish
market in our search for a new CEO. Strand will have his base in NLP's offices
in Lund, Sweden. Peter Strand is coming into NLP in a very exiting period in
which we observe the growth and prosperity having returned to the Swedish market
combined with the company having the financial flexibility to capitalize on the
opportunities arising from this market. His experience will come to good use in
the further development of the company to the benefit of our customers and
owners."
Peter Strand has a degree in civil engineering from the university in Lund and
is coming from the position as CEO in the Swedish listed company Victoria Park
AB (publ). He has significant experience from the Swedish real estate market
having held various positions in the companies Annehem Fastigheter, Akelius
Fastigheter and Drott kontor.
