Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company was notified on 14 October 2010 that the beneficial interest of one
of the executive directors of Novae Group plc ("the Company") in the Company's
£1.00 Ordinary shares had increased as set out in the table below. The increase
results from the SIPP administrator's putting into effect the director's
standing instruction to purchase the Company's £1.00 Ordinary shares with SIPP
cash balances arising from tax recoveries and accumulated dividends, which
transactions were effected at a price of £3.40 per share on 6 October 2010.
