Basware share subscriptions with warrants and increase in share capital
A total of 1,100 shares have been subscribed with Basware Warrant Program. The
share subscriptions were based on Warrant Program 2007 series E warrants.
According to the terms of the warrant program, the subscription price per share
was EUR 8.27.
The corresponding share capital increase of EUR 330 has been entered in the
Finnish Trade Register today, 18 October, 2010. After the increase, the share
capital of Basware Corp. is EUR 3 507 007,20 in total. The share capital is
divided into 11 690 024 shares. The new shares will be traded on the Helsinki
Stock Exchange together with the old shares starting on 19 October, 2010. The
new shares provide the shareholders with full shareholder rights.
The Basware Warrant Program 20067 is based on the resolutions of the Annual
General Meeting on February 26, 2007. The terms of the two programs have been
published earlier as stock exchange releases.
