(PresseBox) - New generation of interior design: for sliding doors in living areas, the new possibilities of the GEZE Rollan NT fitting system offer welcome benefits. With new, particularly smooth-running roller carriages, the sliding door leaves can be moved even more easily, gently and quietly. The draw-in damper Rollan 80 NT SoftStop, which can be used on one or two sides, is also new. It can be retrofitted to sliding doors without effort.
The new roller carriages of the fitting system ensure almost noiseless and smooth-running operation with their limited initial friction (below 25 N). Rollan NT sliding doors can therefore easily be opened by children or weaker people and can be used in compliance with the requirements of DIN 18040 in barrier-free buildings.
The two versions Rollan 40 NT and Rollan 80 NT move sliding door leaves with a weight of up to 40 and 80 kilograms respectively. As an option, the Rollan 80 NT can be fitted with door leaves of a weight of up to 45 kilograms with the new draw-in damper Rollan 80 NT SoftStop. The damper is inserted at the end of the tracks. A clever solution, which makes the system highly flexible: in this way, sliding leaves with the smallest leaf widths can also be damped. Rollan 80 NT SoftStop can be used on one or both sides ? safety and sliding comfort are therefore guaranteed all round.
The Rollan NT versions are an optimal solution for new and existing buildings. Installation is easy and time-saving. No changes to the door leaf or alterations to the existing installation situation are required. Installation is also easily performed on existing Rollan solutions: the track does not have to be replaced in order to install the new roller carriage and optional draw-in damper retrospectively. This increases installation safety and also saves time and money.
