Josh has been in Silicon Valley for 36 years as a lawyer and venture capitalist. He has worked closely with some of the Valley's greatest entrepreneurs and completed financings, initial public offerings, and mergers that have been among the largest and most successful over the past three decades. Josh was named one of the top 45 lawyers under 45 years old by American Lawyer Magazine and was placed on the Forbes Midas List of dealmakers in 2005.

Josh remains a managing director at Mohr Davidow Ventures and he previously served as Chairman of the National Venture Capital Association. Prior to the NVCA, he helped build Venture Law Group and the Palo Alto office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison to over 120 lawyers each. Josh graduated magna cum laude from UCLA in 1977 and the UCLA School of Law in 1980 where he was on the Law Review.

Carbon is working at the intersection of hardware, software and molecular science to deliver on the promise of 3D printing, enabling creators to think beyond the limitations of convention to design the parts and products that will drive the businesses of the future.
