Hunt Mortgage Group Hires Stephen Wessler in Its Affordable Housing Group
Joins the Team in Denver
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 03/17/16 -- Hunt Mortgage Group, a leader in financing commercial real estate throughout the United States, announced today that Stephen Wessler has joined the firm's affordable housing group as Director. He will be based in the Denver office and will report to Paul Weissman, Senior Managing Director.

"In his new role at the firm, Steve will focus on sourcing and originating HUD and FHA lending nationwide."
Hunt Mortgage Group is long-established in the affordable housing debt and equity finance markets, having sourced and originated affordable loans since the 1980s.
Wessler comes to Hunt Mortgage Group from Red Stone Agency Lending, LLC where he was President and National Director focused on HUD/FHA and tax exempt affordable housing. While at Red Stone, he was part of the loan committee that established lending and underwriting practices for the business.
Prior to that he served as Vice President and Co-manager of the Denver Regional Office at PNC Multifamily Capital, Inc. Before that he served in a variety of lending capacities at AMI Capital and Silverstate Financial Corporation.

Wessler earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
