Ageas and UBS AG - Notification

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, UBS AG sent two
notifications, on 15 and 18 October 2010, respectively advising that its
interest has exceeded the statutory threshold of 3% of the shares issued by
Ageas on 11 October 2010 and fallen below that threshold on 12 October 2010.
