SMA Alliance, Inc. Announces Definitive Agreement

SMA Alliance is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement. The definitive agreement was based on the Letter of Intent that was mentioned in the March 1, 2016 press release.

Recently the company announced that it has moved the corporate headquarters from Dallas to Casper, Wyoming. Kit Jennings, CEO of SMA Alliance, commented that, "This definitive agreement is the cornerstone behind our move to Wyoming. I truly believe that we are going to capitalize on our opportunity to represent truly revolutionary technologies."

The corporate direction of SMA Alliance has shifted to a strategy with the foundation being alternative energy technologies. The company will be announcing more in the near future about the structure and corporate strategy. SMA Alliance is scheduled to launch its corporate website on March 28, 2016. The new site will reflect the changes in corporate direction, and reveal the Company's new vision for the future.
