CMP 2016 Resource Limited Partnership Raises $5.87 Million on Second and Final Closing
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/23/16 -- Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. ("GCIC") is pleased to announce that CMP 2016 Resource Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has completed the second and final closing of its initial public offering of limited partnership units (the "Units"). The Partnership sold 5,868 Units for gross proceeds of approximately $5.87 million in the second and final closing. In aggregate, the Partnership sold 22,310 Units for gross proceeds of $22.31 million. The Partnership is managed by GCIC.
The offering is being made through a syndicate of agents led by Scotia Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and including BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., TD Securities Inc., Dundee Securities Ltd., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Desjardins Securities Inc., Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and Raymond James Ltd.
