Cypress Development Closes First Tranche of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/24/16 -- Cypress Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CYP) (OTC PINK: CYDVF) (FRANKFURT: C1Z1) ("Cypress" or the "Company") wishes to announce, further to its news releases of January 25th and March 9th, the Company has closed the 1st tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing and has raised to date $134,250 by the issuance of 2,685,000 Units (the "Units") at a deemed price of $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one Cypress common share and one non-transferable Cypress warrant ("Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share for a period of five years at a price of $0.055 per share from the closing date of the private placement. Shares issued in connection with this 1st tranche closing will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring July 24, 2016.
