Candente Announces Change of Auditor
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/29/16 -- Candente Copper Corp. (TSX: DNT)(LMA: DNT) (the "Company") announces that effective March 28, 2016, Dale Matheson Carr-Holton Labonte, LLP, Chartered Accountants has been appointed the Company's auditor in place of Deloitte, LLP, Chartered Accountants. The former auditor and new auditor confirm that there are no disagreements or unresolved issues.
The resignation of Deloitte, LLP and the recommendation to appoint Dale Matheson Carr-Holton Labonte, LLP has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Shareholders of the Company will be requested to approve the change of auditor of the Company at the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
